Default Build thread, sort of....

Hi all,
Started this thread a while back when I went with different rims:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-new-rims.html

I just got the car back from the body shop and will have exterior pictures in a bit (need to reinstall headlights/fogs and rear lights). I have new rear emblems that I will probably put up for sale as I really like the look with them gone (of course that may change tomorrow).

I have strut bars, under body braces, amp and speakers on the way (keeping the stock head unit but nothing else).

Been messing with the interior today, just simple little things. Pic quality is not the greatest but you get the jist (pedals and rear lighted door sills):

Yep, got them off of EBAY. Belt sanded the edges to clean them up a bit but overall they are really good quality. Install was easy enough. Drill two holes in the parking brake pedal, four in both the accelerator and brake pedal. The brake and parking brake pedal are metal and the accel is plastic. The footrest mounts with self taping screws. Easy enough, just take your time.

LOL, too tired to go upstairs and get my camera at the time.
I used the same trigger as the fronts, the foot well light. I am not worried about lifespan of the light panels and besides, they are readily available. A note for people that want a different color for the door sill lights----the light panel is white and there is a velum sheet (or similar material) that makes the light blue.

Some new pictures of the completed body work and paint job. On the rear shot you can see the instal of the backup sensors (Ebay). It actually works really well, I did not get a display, only the audio one.

Door sills I got from here in the classifieds. The rims are 18X8 and 18X10. If memory serves they are 35 offset. They do look small in the pictures, in person it looks better forsome reason and I get quite a few compliments on them. I'm running 225/40 up front and 285/30 in the rear.

Thanks for the comps everyone.
