just to clear a few things up so there's no confusion. there were 2 power wires for the idle air control motor that were cut and left wide open prior to the car coming into the shop. these 2 wires grounded out against his stainless steel line. not to throw blame around, but we didn't cause that issue. on the flip side, seems like we have all of the bugs ironed out. going to the dyno tomorrow.
Looking forward to the dyno... Tell Jeremy thanks for the video clip this morning. The Borg sounded amazing..
Do I need to post it on here?????

This thread is in this section, compliments of me. Just tie two wires together on PIN 32, and then add a wire about four inches long, and plug it in the DM patch harness on the far left side or the largest grey plug on left. Install a new clip, should have been supplied from DM, on the bottom row third empty pin location, then tie in the other two wires with the single. These two wires are the red/blue and the white/black wire, tie together, then add a jumper wire, then install on the patch harness as mentioned already.. BAM, cold ac!

Car got tuned today. It was 107 in the bay in Georgia. Turned 338 rwhp and 297 torque. This was a Mustang dyno at only 12 pounds of boost. Ran out of fuel. The TT just couldnt do it through the stock fuel lines. On a dyno jet it would have been around 405, this is what i was told. Really dont know the difference. This is NOT WHAT I ANTICIPATED .... I tokd Zen to keep the car, upgrade the fuel system, change the oil, replace the front main seal, and retune it. They assured me it would be ready by Friday if next week. I thought for sure it would be a whole lot more than this. More updates as I get them. Will try to fix the links and videos.

Congrat on getting all the bugs worked out!!
I made 512whp at my local dyno with stock fuel rail stock FPR, 1000cc, 1 walbro, stock fuel lines with stock bypass dampner and still had room for for 50 more hp.
You shouldn't ran of fuel on 93 octane with 880 and one TT denso, you should atleast break 5XXwhp before needing more fuel unless your Injectors are not 880cc.
People made 505 whp on 93 octane with TT 550 injector +1 walbro and stock ECU with safc .
I wouldn't upgrade the fuel System until i find out why You can't break 5xx with this setup , because something doesn't add up here.
What was you IDC? and What was you BFP?

Congrats .. at least it is running good now.
Though as Omar said, stock fuel system with 1x TT Denso pump or even a walbro pump and at least 550cc injectors should provide enough fuel for 500rwhp on 93. Those SC400 fuel lines are same as that of the Supra MKIV lines. So I would look at something else on why it is not giving more than 338rwhp with that single turbo.
