You shouldn't ran of fuel on 93 octane with 880 and one TT denso, you should atleast break 5XXwhp before needing more fuel unless your Injectors are not 880cc.

People made 505 whp on 93 octane with TT 550 injector +1 walbro and stock ECU with safc .

I wouldn't upgrade the fuel System until i find out why You can't break 5xx with this setup , because something doesn't add up here.

What was you IDC? and What was you BFP?
I cant really answer the questions, due to me not being there. I am only posting what they told me over the phone and by text. The BFP = base fuel pressure? If this is, it is the newest map that Aaron has on offer from DM. The tuner guy actually called him for it and installed it. When I left there on Saturday, the fuel pressure regulator was set at 42 by the gauge. Jeremy also told me that they are going to install the wire from the wideband directly to the AEM, for a better reading and help on gas mileage. The mechanics and tuner were also already gone for the day, so I couldn't much more info than what I am describing.

Thanks for the compliments and yes, it is finally on a down hill slide. Believe me, I thought the same thing in supplying enough fuel. I also knew that the MKIV were the same also. I am going to allow them to install the new fuel lines, and have much more room to grow. I would like to run around 14 on low boost, daily, and run 18 when I run 2003 Mustang Cobra or Lambo.

The bottom line is that is finally going somewhere and when I finally pick it up,it will be almost done, minus adding the Soarer transmission, and the new shifter when I get home..

When I get my car back, I will post up some detailed pictures. I will try and explain it again. Undo the battery. Unplug the stock 1JZ harness from the patch harness. On the largest grey plug from the 1JZ harness, should be far left, and say 32P on the top, you will find two colored wires. One of them is blue/red, and the other is white/black. Splice into these two wires together somehow, just whatever you see fit. Once these are tied together, you need to tie in an additional line. This additional line needs to go to the patch harness also on the far left bottom row, third position over. Use the patch side that goes into the AEM not the side of the patch harness that goes to the 1JZ harness. if you dont want to use the additional wire, then use the supplied pin wire that came with your AEM.

Does this make sense?

I really hope they get it sorted out. Just seems like something wasn't right. 339 HP is pretty much stock HP with overboost. Should of seen easy 500+. I'm watching this closely. The only thing different between your build and mine is... I'm running low impedience 880cc injectors, stock FPR, and stock cams, you have 264's, and similar injectors.

Just have to wait and see.

Yeah that is what i thought too. Now have to play the waiting game. I am really looking forward to see what it does now. They assured me that this will do it and it will be ready this week unless something major comes up.

Good luck Mark. I'm with the others who say stock lines should easily support 500whp, but I'm sure the shop will get it straight eventually.

hey mark. have them do a compression test on the cylinders. that could also be a cause of poor hp numbers.
