Dec. 17, 2012 Well I haven't posted in a while as I've been extremely busy working on a ton of other projects. I recently acquired a pretty complete GTE motor for the SC and started ripping it apart. Plan is to replace all the stock stuff with some nice shiny internals. Needs some love but hopefully this winter the motor will be complete.

Ah come on. Of course you have to give me a hard time lol. I'm trying to update as soon as I can but with working, family, church and building everyone's projects its difficult to work on my own car. I miss it to be honest. Its been sitting with a blown motor since I got the car last December. I'm planning on having the motor done this winter and then I can work on the rest of the car.

So what's next:
Disassemble the shortblock and get it to the machine shop.
CP or Wiseco Pistons 8:5:1 - 10:0:1
TT oil pump
Arp Main studs
(Billet Mains)....???
TT Headgasket
New Bearings
New seals and gaskets
New Timing components
Resurface/Clean the cylinder head
Supertech Springs/Valves/Retainers/Seals/Guides
Kelford Cams
HKS Cam Gears


I will try to update as soon as I can. Definitely a lot more in store.
