I have been looking into this the last couple days. This is an F-Sport kit not ISF calipers. These brakes are just rebranded by Lexus. It's basically Stoptech ST60 calipers whereas the ISF calipers are Brembos. The calipers don't mount tangentially like our stock calipers (the ISF versions included). They are radial mount, so you need a bracket like the kit shown below. I don't think Stoptech makes the ST60 kit for the 2GS but they make the ST40 kit (4 piston) I believe. So I think Jeff did one of 3 things:
1. The ST40 bracket for the GS works with the ST60 caliper without modification.
2. He had to modify the ST40 bracket to work with the ST60 calipers or he had to modify the F-Sport ST60 brackets to mount to the GS spindle.
3. He just made custom brackets.
I don't know what exactly he did but he's busy dude and maybe wants to keep the info private so we may never know the real answer.

Another possibility is he used the stoptech st-60 brackets for the supra.
Supra brakes bolt to the GS. Supra brake upgrades may as well?
In any case, I will be looking into it in the coming months. I currently have the st-40 calipers, but would like to change to the st-60's.

Hey sorry, I haven't stopped by CL for a while lol. I'm not trying to ignore anyone or keep secrets, just been insanely swamped with a bunch of customer builds.
It is the F-Sport 4 wheel BBK for the 3GS/2IS. I snagged it for an insane price when I flew out to California to tune Adam's GS300. For the most part, the kit is pretty much a straight bolt on affair. The only thing I had to change was the caliper bracket obviously, and also the center aluminum hat on the rotors. The ST-40 and ST-60 caliper brackets ARE NOT interchangeable. You will have to order the ST60 brackets. Luckily, they are the same brackets used on the Supra TT MKIV ST-60 front BBK. So just order a set of those and the calipers will bolt on the hub perfectly. The next hurdle to overcome is the rotor hat. Think of the rotor as having an offset towards or away from the wheel hub, just like when you are picking the offsets for the wheels on your car. It's the same concept, except here you need to find the correct hat so the rotor is perfectly centered in the middle of the caliper. If your rotor offset is incorrect, then it will be hitting the brake caliper the whole time. Luckily I had a few sets of extra BBK laying around to swap hats around with. Not surprisingly, the Supra TT stoptech 355mm rotor hats work perfectly.
So if you want the F-Sport front brakes to work. The formula is Supra TT MKIV ST-60 caliper brackets and MKIV ST40/60 355mm rotor hats. After you get those, the kit is a straightforward bolt on affair.
