Yes it used to be 6 speed and from IN . Unfortunate situations forces the current owner to let go of it but I am sure he had big plans for it that is the reason he got it. But , very soon , it is definitely going into good hands.

My block is waiting for you... You can have it as long as it is worth it for you to spend money on shipping. I'd hate to tear apart a good running block.
I'll tear apart the head though and get the shims and buckets, those are freakin' expensive.
No rush though, I know you have a lot of parts that you need to dispose...

Dennis - I don't mind paying for packing and shipping for that short block. Can you make sure the tub can handle the weight and let me know the weight so I can send you the shipping label. Those SC300 short blocks will come handy later that's why I collect them. I don't need anything from the head. I only use the GTE head on my cars for now.
Am about to leave my place for NC to pickup the 1997 Lexus SC300 5 speed Black on Black.

Teaser picture .. finally towed the 1997 Lexus SC300 5 speed Black on Black. Freaking car is in really good shape. The car sat for almost a year outside and covered with dust but as you can see , the freaking paint is still very shiny. It has minor imperfections that are not even worth worrying about . I will let Aaron posts more pictures when he gets it tomorrow since it is his now. He could not even wait till tomorrow to see the car. He had to go to my place past 9 this evening to have a look on the damn car. Even before I called him that I am home , he was already around. I had to remove the damn wheels and tires before he arrived because I knew he wouldn't let me take them out anymore. (Aaaron - peace ) But I am glad he is very happy about it. He knows he got the deal of his life. Well him, coming around even late helped a lot since we were able to take out also the engine and of course my wheels and tires. I can't wait to try them on my red mamba. They are really wide tires and looks to me I can even go wider .
I would like to thank Jorge for giving us really a very good deal on the car . Buddy you have been to my place , you are always welcome to come by when you happen to be in GA. And thanks once again for offering the car to us even if there were so many offers and interest. Rest assured it will be in good hands. Aaron is a good buddy of ours and just live nearby.

Good news is I can fit 345 easily as long as I do some pushing on the inner wall . That should not be a problem with the Pnuematic puller / pusher. The 315x30 on this Forgestar are currently sunken .. I have around 50mm more to be flushed with the fender .. so going 345 (15mm on each side of the tire is not a problem at all )
I can even get tires that have more side wall maybe 345x40 or 345x45 if they ever exist since I still have a large gap on the wheel well.
