I will prefer but not a must to use dual denso and even go triple if there need be in the future.. but how are the teflon lines routed , lets say dual -8an for feed and -6an for return... or even one -10 or -12 feed and -6 or -10 return ....been searching but wasnt successful finding one with pictures. If I missed them or didn't search enough which I doubt , I apologize. But will appreciate being pointed to anyone who had done it with pictures .. been cracking my head. Want to do it right the first time !

I prefer not to use any external pump if I can avoid it. Got a Weldon 2345a on my supra mkiv , the big boy for fuel pumps and I have the Weldon controller which minimizes the noise / humming noise on cruise mode and with a flip of a switch can go kill mode but I will prefer not to go through that route this time. I have a -12an from fuel tank ->first filter->PUMP->second filter-> to Y then -10an to end of fuel rails and -10 return. I know that will be overkill for what I want on this sleeper . So I will use a bit smaller teflon lines here.

The surge tank is one good idea , any other who did it without a surge tank ? Pictures please and it will be greatly appreciated.

I did a 1jz SC on E-85 with twin gs 341 in tank 2 - 6's feeding a -8 through a bulk head fitting drilled through the top of the tank from the trunk side behind the black panel then through trunk pan drilled hole grommeted pulled line through fished to just in front of driver rear tire added filter -8 100 micron SS in close to stock filter location then proceded forward.
Sorry no pics but the car makes 706 on 29-30psi on a MS-3 with a built head 272 cams stock bottom and FIC 1150 inj.

Thank you sir . That at least gives me an idea.

I just prefer using the TT Denso if I can so I won't be a trooper listening to that humming sound of an external pump while using the car. There comes a point in time in which those obnoxiously loud external pumps become irritating. Got the Weldon 2345a and without that Weldon Controller 14000 , you could hear that pump a mile away . I might be exaggerating but external pumps are just really kinda loud.

Totally agree I personally use Denso pumps(3) and u can hear them but very easy on the ears.

I'll see if I can get a few pics of that car and forward them to you.

Thanks , that will be greatly appreciated.

Since this will be my run around daily car , my plan was use one TT Denso for cruising which will be good up to 400rwhp and then activate the second / third pump at a certain boost level OR one TT denso for cruising and then active the external pump on a certain boost level or kill mode. The simpler it is the better as long as it supports my rwhp requirements. It is just that, hearing that external pump all the time while cruising will be so irritating after some time so I want to avoid any of that below 400rwhp.

Today I decided to work on the Quick Silver SC , I want to bring it to the paint shop and get it painted before doing any 6 speed built 2jzgte swap. But first I have to restore the old SC look before any paint job. I am not a big fan of the 97+ body kit so I started taking out the body kit. First to go is the back bumper and tail lights .

How to remove back bumper .....start by removing these tail lights 10mm nuts that hold it in place.

On the driver side trunk, take out the nuts and bolts that hold the phone amplifier and ventilation piece if you have them ..

Then remove those nuts that hold the bumper extension. There are also to philipps screws facing the tire that hold that extension.

UUooohhh .. you see water on the corner where the hose from the antenna goes. at times water can settle in there and causes rusts .. better clean it up

On the driver side trunk , remove the bolts and nuts that hold the CD changer and radio amplifer if you have them. Water can settle on that area too that can cause rusts as seen on here ..

Remove those bolts that hold the passenger side rear bumper extension. Again there are two screws and a nut near the tire that hold that extension too.

Decided to clean it a bit and spray some primer in spots that had surface rusts so to stop any rust building ..
