I initially wanted to install 3 x -6an bulkhead on the fuel sender hat for the three TT denso pumps but I was thinking, I will be using lots of fittings and my trunk will look like a mad scientist laboratory with all those hoses going to and from the tank.

Any body had used a fuel log inside the tank ? Was considering to make use of whatever I already have for my fuel system instead of buying more stuff like fittings which may eventually add up to my junk in the garage... cleaning up .. was able to gather tons of E85 safe fittings and teflon hoses and pumps ..

If I use a fuel log with three inputs and 1x-10an , it will be a simple plumbing in the trunk for my e85 setup ... one -10 teflon for feed and one -8 teflon for return

something like this setup with the fuel log being imaginary since I don't have one yet .. lol.. .. 3 x -10an/-6 barb fitting from the 3 TT denso into the fuel log and 1x-10an out of the fuel log to the top hat for the feed ..

That -10 an bulkhead will easily fit on the overflow tank hat , just need to bend that overflow tube which I already did

Here is a picture of the fuel log I was planning to install inside the tank and will be hanging under the fuel overflow hat through a -10an bulkhead. It will be fed by the three staged TT pumps through -10an / -6 barb fittings into the fuel log . It is anodized so it should be alcohol / E85 safe.

Those walbros are smaller in physical size compared to the Denso. I will need to get another TT Denso to complete my triple pump installation not unless I use the walbro which I believe is not E85 certified. But what the heck , it is just the third pump anyway and wont probably even use it based on a 700-800rwhp final horsepower goal on this red dragon.... hmmm .... .. I better do it once and right ... or maybe stage the big external pump as the third pump since I already have it and it will run only above the 700rwhp mark so noise will then be tolerable ...lol

Wow, , installing the hanger with the two TT Denso pumps installed will probably be a pain, as you can see in the picture , pumps alone you barely have any space left , then you need to get in the third pump ... .. walbro are a lot smaller in diameter so it is easier but I want pumps that will handle alcohol.

Just to satisfy my curiosity , as soon as I woke up, I tried putting together two pumps on the hanger . Without the insulation in between pumps , you will barely make it. It is already a tight fit. So with insulation , you will have to be creative. A lot get away without insulation between pumps but I personally will put one . Those pumps vibrate a lot so there will be static built while they rub against each other if ever your clamps get loose due to the vibration.

That looks like fun but so much work for e85.

I know , E85 requires more work apparently ! But it is one of the best way to get more power without spending a fortune on race gas.

To bad it's virtually impossible to bore out the hole to fit the pumps without getting shavings in the tank...

That is the very reason why I wanted to fit all those fittings on the hats instead of drilling directly on the tank as some others have done. Access on the SC tank aint the best.

Today I decided to go to Victoria's Secret for men... Summit Racing to get my fuel log. After seeing how big this fuel block is, it gave me all sort of crazy ideas about my SC fuel system. Let's see what I will end up with ......

Victoria's Secret for Men .. Summit Racing in Georgia
