I am suppose to move the fusebox in the trunk just like the way Chris (1siksc) did it but that will take more time . For now it is under the headlight. I left the front original wiring route as they are since I didn't want the wirings to interfere with my 4 oil coolers (2 for tranny , 1 for engine and another for power steering)

All I have to do when I want to move the fusebox to the trunk is cut the wires near the fusebox and extend them towards the trunk. That will be for some other time.

All wires on top of the wheel wells are gone and tucked but I decided to leave the power distribution block on there so I can easily monitor the battery voltage and amperage being used.

I have been slowly gathering parts for my direct port nitrous setup and some items have arrived so I have something to do this weekend.

Got the tap I need plus the 1 in 6 out nitrous distribtion blocks in the mail yesterday.

Now I can drill holes on my extra runner which I painted garnet red (3k3) and tap them so I can install the NX piranha nozzles for each runner. Though I have to practice in another older runner so I don't mess things up. All I am doing on this built is through guts and courage .. no previous experience...neither am I a mechanic or pretend to know much. My previous personal sad experiences in getting someone else do the work for me made me tell myself I might as well do things myself. Well of course , both of my Supra were bought .. .. But on this SC it is a project I decided to embark on myself. All I do is a lot of reading and research and lets see how things will turn out... lmaol. At least I have no one to blame but myself.

Since I am free today, decided to work on the runner instead of waiting for weekend. I worked straight on the runner I will use instead of practicing on the other one since I believed it was easy enough. I did some measurements and markings just to make sure that the nozzles are in the right place. They should not interfere with the Siemens injectors , railings , cam sensors and the vacuum sources on the intake plenum .

They would be near the injectors and railing

drilled the pilot holes just to make sure the holes are in the right places.

all six holes drilled ... just have to be slow and careful. It is a very soft metal being aluminum.

So at present , am tapping the holes .. should be done in an hour or two.

Being a soft metal, it took less than 30 minutes to tap the six hole. You got to be very careful...the metal is so soft and could easily loose that thread...

taking out my currently installed intake manifold / runner and transfering stuff to the new runner so I know exactly how my nitrous stainless steel tubing will run ... on here I have moved my railing with the injectors

Thanks ... yeap will be quite a work moving it to the trunk so I am working on the fusebox move to the trunk job some other time.

The nitrous stainless steel hard lines will look better on top of a black background and so I decided to paint the lower runner black . Besides my fuel rail is red too so having a black background is a lot better. I have installed all the nozzles , the purge solenoid , nitrous and fuel solenoids with the distribution blocks and fittings.

All I have to do is wait for my stainless steel nitrous hard lines from Nitrous Express which is taking a while to ship so I can fabricate the lines. I still have to source a 37 degree flare tool which is good for stainless steel tubes. I couldn't justify spending over $100 for one which I will probably use only once.

Here is my intake manifold now ...
