Thanks guys yeah I figured out the lines were pretty self explanatory and the snot stuff was just some mysterious goop I checked over whole engine and didn't find any problems.
Car will do its first startup this weekend.
How to do you guys build up oil pressure without turning the car over? I was thinking remove the efi fuse right?

Ughhh man guys I need help
Today buttoned up pretty much everything. Had the camera setup for the first start up and fail no turn over or anything!
I have a 5speed 1jz harness and one so called 5speed ecu and and auto ecu.
When I got my harness I only extended the body plugs didn't touch the ecu plugs at all.
First i pulled the Main EFI plug so i can build up some oil pressure. So I dropped the battery in connected the terminals. And the Location of the EFI fuse sparked.
I then get into the car with the door ring chiming, I go to put the key in and turn and NOTHING NOTHING happens .
I even did the NSS bypass and STILL nothing help guys help PLEASE

even with the EFI fuse out it should crank at least...
When you say the EFI fuse sparked, did you see it arc from one terminal to the other?? That seems REALLY odd to me. Battery fully charged? did you check your NSS bypass to see if your car gets a signal to the starter?

Yes battery is fully charged
The NSS wire is the thicker gauge black wire with white stripe correct?
I checked the starter fuse and it looks to be blown(copper has a gap in between it)
Tomorrow I have to get under the car to see if the starter has the connection
Hopefully it's the problem

Glad you got it fixed and running.
Sometimes you hve to step back and think simple stupid. I had to this so many times on my build. Then I had to call the Calvary in for the tuning and to finish up some of the wiring.

Ok got a new battery fixed fuel leak and still damn thing still wants to be persistent and not start.
I am soon heading to the junkyard to pickup a 95 Avalon ignitor since I am not getting any spark at all. I don't know why I'm not getting any spark since the ignitor is plugged in with the key in the on position and the coil pack plug is reading 12 point w.e volts
I also can hear my fuel pump priming and there's fuel in the fuel but when cranking I dnt smell fuel or even smell fuel on my plugs.
I am stumped I believe my timing may have something to do with the problem.
My harmonic balancer lines up to zero on the timing cover but my cams are 2-3 teeth from the mark on the rear cam cover. Would that be the issue.
Everything is grounded correctly, cam sensors and crank sensor are plugged in.
