I would say bring it to .28 and do a pull if the spark breaks up then go to .24 and repeat.. (lower) Until you get a strong clean pull to redline.. Or just get a fresh set of plugs and work your way down
Then, Take it back to dyno and see what she does...
If she chokes then you know what you have to do but either way she should do better

i've done a crap ton of research. im gonna keep it T3 one last go. i've spoke to a few tuners other than the one that actually tunes my car.
i've decided to get the next size A/R housing for my turbo.
the next size up is a 1.06 a/r
also i am going to up the gap to .24 and see how that works. i have denso iridium plugs in there now.
and im going to order a 32x12x4 intercooler. i think the added inch well aid in preventing heat soak.
should take a few weeks to before i can post results. i may just get a dyno pull. before i bring it back to the tuner. also hoping for a cooler day. it was like 95 degrees in that shop. not much of a cross flow either.

on the intake side. most of the hoses are still there for the IAC. the oil lines and such are all aftermarket that provide oiling to the turbo.
when you get to this level. the stock stuff doesn't work lol u gotta change so much.
Monday i should be getting my thicker intercooler. 31x12x4 and the 1.06 a/r turbine housing should arrive around the same time. i just have to save up some money for retune. and pray i dont have useless spool with this back housing.

if i had known i had a .63 all this time i would of ordered a .82 back. well im going to try and see what this will do for me now that i bought a 1.06.
if i dont like it. which is sounding like i might not.
i'll be ordering up a .82 as soon as i can scrape up enough money for one.
stay tuned.

Awesome Build up, definitely a good read. Doing something very similar to my car as well, would really like to see your results with the .82 and even the 1.06. How is spool up time with the .63?

The .63 of course came in ultra soon. It felt good. But it just didn't have the top end and you could feel the gine
Choke up near redline. I got the 1.06 next. That was a big difference in spool time. It felt good. But with the r154 and sc400 diff the gears are long as Hell. Spool time was around 4500-5000 range. The car felt like it as gonna fly. By time I bolted on. After realizing my mistake of thinking I had a .82 in the first place, but was a .63 I ordered it the .82.
I now have the .82 on. By the way. Installing these housings probably took about one hour to swap out. Anyway. The .82 is perfectly matched. It spools around 4100-4500 which is a high as one would want. Now i need a retune. The way it feels now. It could pull all the way to redline with no issues. Plus the intercooler is larger I just think I need a recalibration.
Stay tuned.
