no clear was added to the calipers, the paint in the g2 kit is already a nice gloss.. although im going to go back and put a coat over the decal to ensure that my decal never comes off the caliper.

Love what u did to the engine covers. That's inspirational.

Your car looks hot. I am really tired of seeing CV3's everywhere but your ride does look nice with them. Looks like it needs to be lower though. If you're not going to lower it get a kit. It needs more depth.

Hey buddy....about the engine covers... Did you have them sanded smooth or were they just painted over the grooves?

i just had them painted over... but make sure you get like 4 coats of clear at least. ive gotten mines cleared again since i posted the pic. they are glossing now. although it would be better to sand them in my opnion ....its just the better way to go

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm digging your caliper covers. I think it's hilarious how much they look like a real BBK. Reminds me of the time as a joke I cheated for an Army uniform inspection and put that gloss paint crap, which takes 2 minutes as opposed to an hour of boot shining with polish. It makes your boots look so shiny they look like patent leather. The drill sergeant stopped right in front of me and I thought he had figured it out and was going to smoke me. He looks at me and says "OUTSTANDING ****ING BOOTS!" Then proceeds to tell the platoon that everyone should be like me. Me and my buddies were trying so hard not to laugh. What made it even more funny is that it started peeling off right after we were dismissed.

That's what the caliper covers remind me of. So, I say to you...

OUTSTANDING ****ING BRAKES, MAN! lol.
