they insert into your stock bushings. Takes 10min to put em on. Pretty basic
Sounds good but if possible can you post a pic or two mounted. I'm a visual type of guy as mainly what I'm trying to understand is how the rear inserts mount . Is it from the back of subframe between diff and subframe or from the other side between subframe and spare tire well

The design looks like it'd go between the subframe and spare tire well. Basically, remove the bolt, put in insert, and bolt back in.
So I sold off the 6 speed swap, bought a 4l80e and a bunch of good **** for the trans swap. Had to pull the engine to get the trans out. Figured while I’m in there I’d do a gen4 5.3 piston and rod swap, along with new bearings, cam, lifters, etc. it’s all pulled apart. Empty engine bay, torn down motor. And now I have no motivation to get it back together.

car is now located in Arizona. But it has a full system to dual mufflers anyway at the flip of a switch
