Just saw the intake it really does look great, that metal is tough to work with but your welding looks great.

Upper and lower oil pan refinished and hole drill for turbo oil drain. I will weld an AN fitting to the pan.

I can weld but I don't own a welder so my coworker takes it home and welds everything for me. A tig welder that can weld aluminum are pricey. Well decent ones at least. Maybe one day my wife will let me pull the trigger on one.

Mocked up turbo and intake manifold. I am really close on the power steering not clearing. Will be figure this out later this weekend.

not as close as you lol, i stiill need to put together the block. all new bearings and all ARP hardwares, just a stock rebuild. im really diggin the Ffim bro, im picking up one next week and ill txt u some pics.

I'm making a few more intake manifold for some people. I am nowhere near close. Waiting for new rings bearing oil and water pump. It will be awhile.

Thank you for looking and the nice comments. The Only chance I get to work on my car is during work and after work in the morning so it's a slow process.

I am pretty sure the manifold will hit the power steering. Gotta fix that somehow.

I don't need power steering but I won't be able to run ac without a pulley or something there. I can always redesign it.
