Just picked up a brand new bw s366 91/79 turbo. I'm so close to having a turbo car again.

Can't wait to start my build. I brought a spare motor to rebuild at home since I don't trust any shop and I don't like paying for labor. I brought a 94 supra n/a motor with 76k miles on it. It looks old but doesn't leak any oil anywhere. Just going to put new rings and bearing, arp head studs and Tt hg. I will be using a bw s366 91/79 with 4 inch dp mp with a modified cx racing manifold. Just hoping to make 500 reliable hp with a 97 usdm Tt Ecu and 550cc injectors and walbro 255lph on pump 93 through a r154 tranny. Any suggestions or comment on setup?

I couldn't beat the price for the spare motor with a stick so why not buy it and have a spare of everything and I won't have as much down time. I can take my time rebuilding the motor.

I like that color, mate. Car will definitely be a beast once it's done. I'm in for more.

More picture to come. Installed the gixxer drew suspension. Waiting to change the bushing before I do the alignment and also for the springs to settle down.

I am having a hard time figuring what size downpipe and what material either stainless or mild steel. On ebay they have a 4 inch downpipe and midpipe for supra which is only 280 bucks shipped or I can buy the bends and pipe to make a mild steel one. The bad thing about the ebay downpipe and midpipe is it doesn't have a flex pipe. Don't know if that makes a big deal or not. I already brought the special vband for the BW. Should I get a reducer from the 4 inch to a 3 inch downpipe? I am wondering if you can physically put a 4 inch downpipe in with a cxracing manifold. Would I need to get the manifold modified to fit the 4 inch downpipe? It is already modified to fit a s366 due to the #1 runner hitting the compressor housing. If anyone has this setup on there SC 2jzge please chime in.

just purchase a 3 inch inlet outlet intercooler with piping. I hope i can fit the intercooler piping with the manifold and turbo i have. If not I guess i could lower the turbo some more or go FFIM. Also purchased a TT iacv and a walbro 255 lph

Thank you sir. No rush as its too cold for me to do anything. Might try to install the Tt Ecu mod and get it running before I add the turbo on.

Of course my setup is identical to yours. I used your setup as a guide for mine minus the aem standalone. I try to mimic what is already working and at 700 whp you're setup is definitely working really well.

Rear license plate LEDs

Engine on the stand getting rebuilt by me slowly.

Pretty clean motor. The owner said it had 76k miles 94 n/a supra motor.

What is this vacuum canister thing.

Turbo manifold modified (cxracing)

My black interior. I need to get rid of those lines in the seat. Probably a redye does anyone know what kind of dye will be best.

One of the TT wheels that I have polished

I still got to do the wiring for the vvti coilpacks and wiring in the TT ecu. Everything is coming along nicely but slowly.

Yes sir I brought the flange and everything already. Still need to buy the ready made 4 inch dp and mid pipe for the supra on eBay and mod to get it to work
