Default Akata front wheel spacer install

Here are some shots after the 3mm Akata spacers to the front wheels, bringing the offset from 35mm to 32mm (pushed toward outer fender). They went on really easy and are hub centric. No gap around the hub lip and there is still plenty of lip for the wheel hub bore to sit on. Quality seems very good too. The main purpose for these spacers is not get the wheel closer to the fender edge, but to get me just a little more clearance from the inner control arm so I can install the 265/30/22 tires up front which has a load rating better suited for the weight of the LS600hL. The 245/30s I have now seem to be holding up just fine, but the 265/30s will ride better based on my own personal experience on my previous LS460.

Keep in mind the 245/30 has a decent amount of stretch so its hard to tell the difference in the pics, but once the 265/30 is on, it will look different.

Special shout out to Akata Spacers who answered all my questions within literally minutes!

Looks like a C141, nice looking ride man. Looks like the fronts might have to come out some more though. 4 years in AF and 13 in Army here. Looking good man...Airborne

Thanks man! And thanks for your service!

Well, before I do anything more, I need to get the 265/30 tires back on front because it looks totally different. This is a pic of my old LS460 with 265/30 on the same wheel with no spacer but it rubbed slightly on the inside control arm which is why I got these 3mm spacers for a little daylight. The pic above shows the car dropped down pretty far, so the top of the wheel has negative camber going on making it look worse than when near normal ride height

I can only choose one for now, wifey and I budgeting for our next big international trip..she supports my modding activities as long as I can explain how the mod somehow benefits her too lmao...jk...but hey, in marriage you have to keep things balanced ya know..

I think a roof spoiler would look amazing

The trunk spoilers on the LS look a bit wide. Not bad but if I had to pick one it would be the roof spoiler. Its subtle and unique

If you can do both, get the roof and trunk spoiler. You'll probably end up wanting both anyway.

Damn 2012 pimp. I would do both spoilers first then the mirrors last. I got both and we have the same color and people always give positive comments even the dealership.
