Motor is in and I tested fitted the FFIM and TB. The tb hits the ps pump feed flange so I will need to cut and re-weld it at a different angle to clear the tb. Other than that, I just need to plug everything in and see what happens. Also need to clean up the bay a bit..

I think the aristo power steering pump nipple comes out at a different angle, or you can cut the one you have and weld it at a different angle, might be easier than cutting and welding the manifold again. looks great though!

Havnt decided what I want to do. I'm thinking to weld the lower runners to the ffim. That way I don't really have to worry about a gasket or getting my hand in there to bolt it together.

805,

I'm going to copying your fuel system upgrade almost to a T. Can you post some pics of where you mounted your FPR? Also I know you posted a couple of pics of your filter with the flex fuel sensor but where exactly are they mounted in relation to the car?? I'm assuming drivers side rear but can't tell from pics.

Thanks,

Shane

Ill get pics for you tonight. but Here a description of where they are all at.

The FPR is mounted on the drivers side closest to the fender using a bracket I made bolted to the Brake boost.

Both the Flex fuel sensor and Fuel Filter are on the drivers side up front almost in the engine bay. but not. Basically where the brake line T is that goes to the rear of the car. I used an already provided bolt hole to bolt on the that T the filter is on with the bracket I made. The flex fuel sensor is mounted right on the firewall using self taping screws right next to the filter.

The circle in Red is the bolt i used to mount the fuel filter and you can also see the the Flex fuel sensor mounted on the firewall where it starts to curve down.

And where the FPR is mounted. Used some aluminum plate made a few holes and bolted it down the brake booster

Thanks buddy. After looking at pics again I kind of figured out where you mounted them. I like the location of the FPR. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge sending unit on the other side of the FPR going in the car? That's what it looks like in pic.

That is correct.... It goes to the AEM fuel pressure gauge.

Richard,

You should sell the fuel pump hanger and hat for the fuel tank you made. There would be a market on here for them. I could be first customer.
