Sounds like that 7m cps adjustment helped alot. Its idling great and looks like the o2 feedback is working like intended. Not hearing the occasional blip or drop in the idle which is what happens if the cps is not acting right or if you get a timing error, so that is def good news. Best to iron out all the small stuff before the tuner gets a hold of it or you may end up needing a retune which is never fun. I think you are basically there now.

^^ thanks I'm at the point where I am working out all the little details and some major to get the car 100% for the dyno. Right now, I need to removed the rear diff and adjust the back lash. I will probably rebuild it sense it will be taken apart anyways.

I think you got some yellow stuff on your diff there
You figure out how to adjust that stuff, still a bit mysterious to me.

Should be getting the parts today or tomorrow for the diff than its being dropped off to get rebuilt. I still don't know if the LSD is damaged or not. I wont know until the drive line shop takes a look at. If it is damaged, the TRD LSD has been on back order for the last 8 months so I will probably have to go with something else.

Modified a fan shroud to fit the 14" Efans. The came with 12" Fans but those are way to small. I used my plasma cutter and cut out the holes bigger to fit the 14" fans. I also drilled a few holes on the base of the fans so that air could circulate through out the shroud instead of the fan only pushing through where its mounted. Didn't take that many pics but here it is.

What made you decide to not use the factory fan.....Alot of people say the electric fans dont provide as much cooling as OEM

Thanks Gerry!

CatManD3W,

If you have the right setup, Efans will do the job. I went with Efans because I wanted to run a 4" TB intake pipe and with the factory fan and shroud there's just not enough room for the 4" pipe.

Makes sense....I always thought to run two pushers on the front and two pullers on the back....Probably would be overkill but better safe then sorry

The problem with that is if you would run a puller on the back you would have to attached to the AC condenser because there is simply not enough room to put fans on the back of the rad.

Last night I rebuilt the 7m cps using the driftmotion kit as the oil seal was leaking. Took about 30 or so min to rebuild it.

And finally got the diff parts and the diff is now at the drive train shop. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and in the next week or so I can have it back on the car.

While I'm waiting for the diff, decided to get a line lock. Should have it on tonight. Also need to figure out how I want the momentary switch. Thinking about modifying the shift *** to have the button on top and have a rocker switch arm the system on and off just for safety reasons.
