Finished up the A pillar pod while I’m waiting on ****> aem gauges, boost solenoid and quick lock fittings for vacuum wastegate lines, welded up intake pipe, meth tank

Anyway here are the final pics of the pod

Bondo/fiberglass and lots of sanding until it was pretty smooth all around
Fiber glassed in some screws so I can bolt them in from the inside
After I was happy with it, I sprayed some undercoating to give it that pressed plastic look
Than shot it with SEM GM black paint. Not sure if I like how it turned out. Might use Trim paint, the same paint I used for the radio/gauge bezel. Last few pics the paint wasn’t completely dry that why there are "wet" spots.

Man no love with all these pics i post... tough crowed

Anyways, got a few more things done..

installed an areomotive FPR forgot to take pics..
AEM boost solenoid installed with push lock lines and wired to the aem
2qt meth tank mounted.. Had a 4qt but was to big to fit where i wanted it. I also had to relocate the over flow tank.. There’s a bar I mounted under there to mount the tank.. Can’t see it goes from one side of the car to the other.
All new AEM gauge sensors installed and wiring routed to the cabin. Water, fuel and boost pressure. For the boost pressure I used the egr block off plate and tapped it to except the sensor. Don’t worry I removed that egr tube thing that was inside the intake.
Still working on completing the gauge and meth wiring.

I also made a new IC intake pipe to add the meth nozzles and relocated the BV near the intercooler.

I like those wheels. I also had those tires, Falken FK452, and they were so noisy. I had to go with something else, plus they hated negative camber. Well, what tire does?

What do you think the problem is? In why the car want start now?

Keep us posted and let us know what you figure out, Richard.
