Looks great !

The exhaust manifold , depending on what size turbo you get , you will have issues trying to clear the compressor housing.

Exhaust manifold gasket , just use the stock steel one even if they are used they will work fine! the ones that came with the manifold will blow out in couple hundred miles.

TB i don't trust it that much because it looks like the type that leak , but i could be wrong!

If don't how much you paid for that manifold but i can show you were to get the famous Drewgo manifold , it will clear up to a gt42 turbo and the wg tube is on the Top.

Intake manifold is nice piece , but you will have to weld it to the lower runner or you will have a major boost leak.

GL with the project keep us posted!

+1 on using steel exhaust gaskets, those ones will blow out pretty quickly especially if you're going to make the extra hp.

I gotta check and see if i have the stock gasket for the exhaust.
Will the intake still leak with the right gasket?
What part of the TB leaks?
I know it's cheap stuff, but my thinking is manifolds can be upgraded in the future easily when the ending is in the car.

I do need suggestions on a clutch. I want something i can DD. Do i need to go twin disk?

Even with the gasket the intake will leak it's a known issue with the greddy knock off.

The exhaust manifold i was talking about will cost about 250+ shipping it's the Drewgo manifold! but if you wanna modify this one it will work too!

For the clutch , I started a thread couple years ago and it's still up to date you can check it out! "What clutch for 600wtq for R154" something like that.

Its really coming along bro! keep it up.

Update "Doomsday" aka 12/21/12

Got the intake back from the shop. They did a great job.

Welded and port-matched.

Engine current status. Waiting on a couple parts in the mail. Hopefully I'll have all the parts I need by the first of January.

I'm not sure where these brackets go. They came with the intake, but I'm sure what's what other than the one for the throttle cable.

Also, is there anything I'm missing on all these bolt holes in the side of the block? Sensors? Brackets?
