Hi, CL...a few weeks ago my gf and I picked up a 2009 IS250 AWD with 44k miles on it for $24k. Not the best pricing, but it was a fair one. It was exactly what we were looking for minus the navi. Starfire pearl, awd, black interior, relatively low mileage, and a stock platform. It already had tinted windows so that was a good start. I put in a order for a set of JDM oem visors ($400
) a few days ago and now I'm in the process of searching for a set of Work VS-XX wheels.
My gf isn't really into the whole car/jdm scene, but she wants me to make it look "nice" for her haha. I always wanted to do a build thread and I guess this can also be my intro post. My first car was a Mugen themed DC2 (integra GSR) with a jdm front end conversion. Gave that to my brother. Now my dd is a '05 CL9 (TSX) with basic bolt ons and minor mods here and there. Next to her is my garage queen AP2 (S2000) that has a J's Racing theme to it who shares summer duties w/my '99 CBR600 F4 lol. I haven't spent $$$ on mods for a good while and now it's itching at me again w/the new is250
here are some pics for now:

Thanks for all the comments guys. I use the TSX for my daily driver and I think I'm done modding that car. As for the s2k, just installed a Shine Auto rear diffuser and waiting for my Vortech V3 ![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I don' t think I'm going to do anything "crazy" to the Lexus, it's my gf's dd and still has 5years/100k miles warranty =\ Just mods that I can easily take off for now.

Lexus Japan OEM window visor
$399.99
www.nigel-jdmparts.com
Still trying to wrap my head around the $400 pricetag![Uhh...](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/1387914497.gif)
Holding the visors, you can just tell it's a quality part. Comes w/install instructions and is held on w/double sided tape and (2) "claw hook" on each piece that sticks to the window trim. Very straightforward and easy installation. The top part of the visor comes w/a stainless steel strip built in on the top so it matches your OEM window trim. Most visors don't come like that. My only gripe would be that it didn't come w/a packet of alcohol solution to prep the area that's going to be taped...no biggie though.

Installed...slim and subtle . Looks really good w/tinted windows, pics don't really show it.

Since I had the hair dryer in the garage, I figured I would wrap the foglights w/some yellow Oracal film I have laying around.

Closer examination shows how much abuse these things take sitting so low to the ground, hopefully the film will rectify that.
