You will love the TT rear brakes. When we did the LS400 fronts, there was a noticeable imbalance in braking if you retain the stock rear setup. The fronts would often lock up under hard braking, the tt rears definitely solve that problem.

^^^^ my car is still in pieces so it will be awhile before I get to try them out. Did you ever install the 4 inch exhaust? How's your car coming along?

Finally got some free time to throw in the motor. 3 hours later and two tries its finally in. It sucks doing by myself with the tranny attach. I looked up the weight and it was around 750 lbs. But it's finally in now I can finish all the same details.

The hood eventually came off

It's new home

Woke up this morning pretty sore. I need to start working out or I'm just getting too old for this. Lol. Now I gotta connect all the lines. Mount the FPR and all the boost stuff. Finish installing the battery box. Basically a lot of little stuff. I bent the crap out of my a/c condenser while putting in the motor so order a new one of those. How did everyone run the fuel lines on the SC? I see 3 fittings on the bottom above the diff. I am pretty sure one is return and one is feed, but what is the third one.

I believe the third one goes to the charcoal canister. Just do -8/-6 ptfe line and be done with it

good idea or bad idea to run the stock feed line as the return if I plan on running e85. Should I just get a new -6 an return line? Edited. Sorry

Jimmy , teflon (ptfe) lines are always suggested when using E85. I suggest go at least -8AN feed instead of one -6AN if you are using E85. You need more volume with that fuel. Though of course , the amount of power you are aiming for will be a deciding factor.

I just edited the last post. I brought all the lines and fitting from summit already for both feed and return. I didn't get ptfe lines as the braided nylon and stainless lines were both e85 capable. I got -8an feed and -6 return but was thinking of using my stock feed as my return but after more research its only like a -5 an. It's only a few more hundred so I just scrap that idea. I am going to make a new custom hanger out of 6061 aluminum hopefully it will come out as planned. It might just be a new metal plate to attach the old hanger to. I haven't drain my tank so I haven't opened it yet but I will get a better idea of what I'm going go do after I open it.

Not sure if your going to plug up the holes by welding them or just using a bolt and copper washer. On my other car I used 3 oil drain plugs that bolted right into the bottom of the tank where the hardlines go. they sealed right up very nicely. I can't remember what the size is but if you go to your auto parts store with the bonjo bolt and go to the oil drain plugs, you can find the right one you need. Only costed a few bucks. I think it's m8x1.25 or 1.0 but can't remember.
