Head bolted on, rear main seal bolted on and sealed. I'm starting on the oil pan and pump then water pump cams etc as soon as I get some free time.

Motor is back together. I couldn't figure out why one motor mount bracket doesn't line up. It was already apart when I got the motor.

The motor mount looks like a 93-96 supra mount. The motor is a 94 but the top left hole doesn't line up and the other 3 holes line up perfectly.

jwin , it doesn't look like a 93-96 MKIV motor mount that's why I guess all the holes do not line up. Here is a picture of the 93-96 Supra motor mounts with the one on the bottom being the EX side ..

Thanks a lot gerb. I was assuming they were since it came with the motor. They are probably aristo mounts since the guy swap out motors on his car with an aristo motor. Guess I will just put my 97 mounts on the car. The 97 mounts have a stud that comes out to attach the motor mount as well.

So I'm guess an aristo block is different then a supra/sc300 2jz motor considering the mounts don't fit or does it have another set of holes to mount the motor mount bracket for supra /sc300 2jz motor mount.

if the bracket trully came from an aristo 2jzgte , then I believe the holes will line up in any supra mkiv / SC300 2jz block wether it is TT or NA, USDM or JDM . That is the reason why you can use the supra mkiv motors mounts in an aristo 2jzgte....

Hey Jwin. Are you going to be installing the 6spd belt tensioner along with this tranny swap? I know that its recommended under hard shifting or driving. If so, do you need to run the TT oil pump in order to be able to mount one of the bolts on the tensioner bracket?

I will not be running the Tt oil pump because it provides too much oil Pressure for a 2jzge motor. I don't want my front main seal to leak because of the excessive oil Pressure. I don't know of a 2jzge oil pump that has the holes to mount the 6 speed tensioner. I might figure something else out to keep the belt on. I brought a new 97 sc300 oil pump which has a spot for a crank sensor.
