Over the weekend I finally got around to doing a basic fuel return setup. My friend and owner of the Supra I posted pics of had his old n/a fuel rail collecting dust, so I took it off his hands. Free is good and less work since it's already tapped for a return. Most of the other pieces came from Driftmotion. Bought some $8 VHT wrinkle paint and went to town on the rail and intake manifold. I think it came out pretty nice. I'm all about clean and simple setups.

Major updates have to wait until I move. Six years in the Army and two deployments later, I'm ready to move on to something bigger and better. Cannot wait to get away from upstate NY! lol

Just to explain because I've had a few questions about the fuel rail- It's the oem rail from a n/a mkiv Supra. It already has a port at the end for a fuel return line, so no need to drill & tap or weld on a fitting. Is this a cheaper solution? Probably not. But the rail was just sitting in my friend's garbage can about to get tossed.
To make it fit you have to bend the metal feed line slightly, on the GS feed line banjo sits vertical, Supra rail it's at a 45 angle towards the driver side. I just put a screwdriver through the banjo and angled the line a bit. Just don't go hulk on it.
For the return you'd also need a 2JZ fuel rail adapter (bolts in place of stock supra fpr located on the rail):
And a 1/8 npt to -6an male (or w/e fuel line size you're running) 90* fitting:
It's probably useless info to most, but maybe someone can benefit who isn't already aware. A lot of stuff gets skipped over in 2GS forums for some reason.

Still waiting on my lower fender caps at the body shop. Should actually be completed this coming week. Long story short Upstate NY has zero quality paint shops. For now I'm rocking an odd stock look.
Also last week the xs power "t61" finally gave up the ghost. I knew instantly when it went and shut it down. She smokes something fierce. I guess it's still repairable.. But I could care less. I knew it was bound to happen and I got a good 10,000 miles out of it. My PHR jet pump arrived on Friday with a few parts for my new setup.
Next week should be littered with packages arriving at my door. Stay tuned!

Pulled the turbo early this week and swapped in a cheap T67. Since it's still my daily driver I just wanted to get back on the road
Obviously I have bigger, more reliable plans in the works
Essentially the same turbo running on my good friend's Supra. Speaking of that, it just got a custom 4" aluminum exhaust. We buttoned it up this past weekend and started getting it tuned. Let me tell you, that thing pulls pretty hard! Here's a few pictures of it:
Such a dope exhaust. It looks and sounds amazing. Maybe one of these days I'll get on that level lol.

I know it's been covered before somewhere but here's a pic of the jet pump installed aka jet pump killer. You can get it from either Saard or Power House Racing. PHR doesn't come with a fitting to replace the stock FPR though, so you have to weld it shut or fuel putty As I have...
Return line connects to the top, bottom port stays open, port to the left connects to the siphon hose for the opposite side of the tank. Thought I posted this a while ago but I guess I skipped over it.
