Some updated ..
-Finally got a chance to mount my tires and I could't use the TPMS. The clearance in between the (AME SHALLEN) wheels and tires were to tight to fit. So I end up removing all four TPMS and putting them in the spare tires. Does the trick and no TPMS light!
-After searching for a place to have my rear fender shaved I finally took it in to Exact motorsport in Milpitas. Very good customer service and price. Don't have a picture at the moment but I will post some up when I do.
- I decided to shaved my front fender myself and man was that a bad idea. Chip and crack some paint on the inside of the fender now I have to get it repainted or fix somehow.
-Install the 20mm H&R spacers with extended studs very easy to do and test fit my front wheels. They finally clear the BBK but the rub like crazy on the fender liner and I believe its rubbing on the front bumper bracket. Have anyone modified there bumper bracket? Or anyone running low on static have any input? I believe my front wheels spec is 19x9 +35 lo disc so I had to run the 20mm spacer to clear my BBK. Correct me if I'm wrong the new front offset with the spacer is now +15?

-H&R 20mm spacers installed with extended studs, so the wheels can clear the BBK.
-Had to raise the front up to test fit the wheels but this is how it currently sits
