Comparison:
I took the Evo to the track this past September. Lightning track at NJMP.
I took the ISF today! The Evo did not require as much input, and I dominated almost every car in my session (M4, 335s, boxsters, etc). The ISF, however, required more input, and was much more of a monster on the track. I absolutely loved it. I will always go back with the ISF, because you can't beat high hp on a rwd sedan.
Anyway, upcoming are Weds wheels, R-compounds, RR-Racing Penskes and upgraded bushings, and an OS-Giken.
In the meanwhile, the car got the RR-Racing intake and AOS. I like the idea of venting the valve covers to atmosphere.
I've also taken the liberty of wrapping the intake pipe in DEI gold and wow, what a difference to the touch. I haven't data logged yet, but I know intake temps are down.
Track day with the RR-Racing ISF

Forgot to mention I put in an e-brake pedal from Nigel. I fitted in an aluminum backing plate with flat-top bolts and nuts to fasten onto the stock pedal location (the pedal isn't plug and play, but requires an uncomplicated install nonetheless).
Also, two photos from NJMP: approaching turn 7 at Lightning

Your car is absolutely amazing. I love all the mods you have done. I'm trying to keep my car stock as long as possible after "over-modding" my last beast, because I know once I get the bug it's over. LOL. In the meantime I can just drool over what you've done.

Towards the end of 2015 I got Penske Coilovers from RR-Racing. 18k/16k, dual adjustability.
The car is a little lower now (as if my driveway wasn't steep enough).
The Penskes are worlds different than the KWV3s I had. High speed on bumpy roads was disconcerting with the KWs. With the Penskes, however, it's encouraged! The car feels much more glued to the road. I don't mind the stiffness of the springs, but my interior did develop a few new rattles (foam tape to the rescue).
I cannot wait to experience the new suspension on the track.
To accompany the stiff spring rates, the wheels I ordered in November will be arriving by February and will be wrapped with sticky tires
Here's the wheel...
Probably the most exciting development is the RR-Racing tune. I was the first guinea pig (actually the RR-Racing shop car was) to test the tune. From about 10 hours total of driving with the tune, the torque increase is well pronounced. High gears on the highway pull much harder.
The car peaked on the Fabspeed dyno at 411 whp and 387wtq (this translates to a 30whp increase), but it was still learning timing correction. Given a distance/time threshold for the car, I suspect it could dyno 420whp after some more driving. Many more things will come to accompany this tune (products still in development). Now if only there were a "buy-a-supercharger-get-an-os-giken-for-free" deal

Looking good dude!
Glad to see things are still coming along with your build too.
The work Rafi and his team are doing is so exciting! Remember when we chatted about Rafi on my last trip over your way last year. You told me he was a cool guy with mad skills and he certainly hasn't disappointed on any count!
Got to get me a set of those Penske's though!
Sounds like they are well worth the investment.
Want to try and do my headers as well before I do the tune, followed by the S/C when it's available!
Like you, that just leaves the OS Giken LSD and some more cosmetic bits and pieces......
Won't be finished for ages! Lol.
Awesome work as the guinea pig by the way!
Couldn't have picked a better car for the job.
Stay well buddy.

Here are the WedsSport SA60M. Specs: 19x9.5, +38mm mounted with Toyo R888, 265/30/19 all around. Square setup
It sits very flush in the rear. The wheel/tire combo provides a different driving dynamic compared to the OEM staggered setup on Michelin PSS. It sticks to the ground. Can't wait to try it out on a track. I also got Hankook RS3s for the Evo. I would HIGHLY recommend this tire. Affordable performance at its pinnacle! The R888s are very noisy, akin to a plane flying above the roof of the car
