1996 lexus ls400 build.
Here it is, finally got around to making a build thread i had parked her for the winter to aviod the salty/****ty roads here in minnesota.
Heres what she looked like when i bought her about 3months ago. This is her good side, the passenger fender was dented when i bought it. Its imaculate for having 158k miles on it. Interior is mint.
The coils came about 2 weeks ago, ive ran into a few problems and had to make a few trips to town. Ive had to grind off all the lower strut bolts, i couldnt break them loose. And i ended up cutting out one of the front struts, that was a nasty mess. It seemed like more work than it shouldve been.
Im also having a hard time adjusting the front coils. Theres no way theyre fully extended. Im everything but wearing through the fenderliner, i cant get full lock on the steering, thats how low it is. But for now im on stock wheels. And i cant go anywhere at the moment due to a possible electrical issue which im addressing in the general ls forum Which sucks. All i wanted to do was back it out and wash it lol.
