I can really recommend this tool from ebay:
2237 CRANKSHAFT HARMONIC DAMPER PULLEY HOLDING TOOL – TOYOTA / LEXUS
Made it easy to loosen the crank pulley bolt.
I did it like this:
Oil everywhere. I Think most of it is from the leaking valve covers, but impossible to say for sure.

Thanks Chris!
The adapter plate Í´m using fits to the BMW 6 speed as well ( M50, S50, 320D, 330D, 530D ).. The 5speed is stronger though, and I´m not going to use this car as a Daily driver, so the gas mileage is not important for me in this case.,

About time for an update.
Work and family has been keeping me away from the garage for a while. This weekend, I finally got some time on my own.
The rear main seal did´nt cause any trouble.
Maybe I should have gone oem? I hope that driftmotion sells acceptable alternatives.

When changing the cam seals, I chose to take off the bearing caps and redo the seal packing as well. Took away some of the silicone seen in the Picture Before installing.

Changing the main front seal didn´t turn out the way I hoped.
Everything properly cleaned. As advised on this forum, I applied some soap water on the outside , and some oil on the inner part of the seal. When I tried to push it in Place with my fingers, it slipped in easy at the top, but got stuck down under the crank shaft, making it a bit oval. Slipped Too far in as well. Maybe it does´nt show in the Picture, but it´s not a tight fit on the upper side of the crank shaft.
So typical. I do have a kit (see Picture) to make this install easier, but I thought it could be done just with my hands.
I will order a new seal and redo it

Copying 1JZPWRD´s thread. Welding the timing belt gear.
I do confess. I´m absolutely not a welder by profession. Hopefully it will be fit for it´s purpose
