Yeah, it definitely gives the car more capability in the corners. Just be careful not to OVERestimate the traction and end up in the weeds (or worse)! Before the LSD, the inside wheel would lose traction or VSC would step in to keep you out of trouble. With the Torsen LSD (and the lower gearing), if you break traction (assuming you have turned OFF the VSC) you can end up sideways and out of control pretty quick-as some people can testify to! For that reason, I almost always leave the VSC on since it is rarely needed now, I feel that when I do need it, I REALLY need it!

I have NEVER driven my car without the VSC on. But then I have never driven the car late at night in a lonely parking lot either. On public roads, NO SIR, VSC stays on.
I need to take an advanced driver training course to even approach some level of bravery that some of you guys have by turning off the VSC.

If you have the Tein Flex, HA or CS and don't have the EDFC - run out now and get one
Yes, if you have any of the Tein adjustable suspensions - Flex, CS and HA and don't have the EDFC, you better RUN out now and get one!
I finally got the EDFC installed on my car last night all I can say is that :
The EDFC rocks!!!!
I have the following three settings memorized in my EDFC
1. Mountain carver - 3/5
2. Daily Driver - 10/12
3. Comfort setting (bad roads) - 15/16
The flexibility of being able to adjust the damper stiffness on the fly is just so amazing. I can change it from hard to soft depending on road surface conditions. In the city where the roads are bumpy (Toronto - extreme temperature variation ravaged roads) I set it to 15/16 and the car is very comfortable.
On the very smooth highways ( 401 west of Mississauga, most of the 407), I set it to 3/5 and the car handles amazingly well. The perfect mountain carver. Zero body roll!
Get one today if you don't have one. It is worth every single cent and more of its cost!

Having the edfc is a great thing, however I like to work on my car so I am not going to purchase it. ehehe
Besides I like riding on my tein cs on 3 setting front and back everyday.
