Hey Evchao,
Both, First gear ordered the part and did the install as well. They also handled the paint by contracting it out to a bodyshop called Trademark Autohouse that they have a working relationship with. Give them a call, the owners Leo and Nick are super nice. I sometimes help out there so you can also ask for Kevin if you have any questions specific to Lexus.

1. It's slightly cheaper to go with an 18" winter tire as opposed to the 19" wheel that I use for summer. Also, having a thinner tire is generally better for traction in winter
2. The stock wheels site inside the wheel wells which is generally better for not having all the rocks and salt being spit up all over the side of your car
3. In the long run, it's a bit cheaper I find to just swap out wheels instead of changing the tire over. Swapping wheels over you can do on your own however swapping tires over isn't something a normal person can do without the proper tire machine.

I apologize for the confusion, I used to have a seibon rear diffuser on but now I have switched over to the BlackPearl complete bodykit.

Hey I was wondering what ever happened to your rear diffuser and side skirt? You wouldn't have them still would you?

It wasn't too too bad to be honest but I definitely had to avoid alleyways and residential roads that eventually had the 3-4 inch tracks of ice that develop over the winter. Also gotta watch for the icebergs that fall off the back of trucks (but stock height cars would also get demolished)
