Unless you start looking at more expensive designs from the likes of Novel, header designs are pretty similar. You'll notice PPE show different gains for cat-less installation versus hi-flow cat's.
The fully de-catted figures are 38-46 WHP, so pretty close to the 50 from Sikky's claims.
I'll be going with PPE unless I get a windfall from somewhere!
