Default I need help identifying this part!!!

I found this part in my garage. I would like to sell it online, however I have no idea what it is. I have searched everything I can think of and found nothing even similar. If anyone has any ideas of what it could be I would greatly appreciate any help. It is 2 1/4" in length, The top part where the "L" is measures 1 3/4" diameter, and the post part of it is 5/8" diameter and has rubber around it.

.

I'm just guessing here but it could be a fancy cargo net retainer. Strictly going by what my old Subaru had I found a picture that somewhat resembles what you have. In my picture it's plastic in the lower left hand corner by the Sharpie but it has the same shape as yours and has the rubber on the other side as well. To install the Subaru ones you push them through the hole then spin the **** to expand the rubber into the hole.
