Roughly 7k for everything and the reason is infact the vq is a good motor but not when boost is involved.too many blown stories and the jz is stout and proven plus since I've always wanted a supra this is the next best thing for me especially in an updated chassis and one im familiar with along with the fact it's not a common swap ands I've been sponsored by wiring specialties to have every function work as oem in the car.
I'm just on the fence with the safc tuning for now as my funds are short and with xmas coming.I drove it a little and it handles awesome!!!!
As for the Collins adaptor its great ands was a smooth process.I use a350z clutch, jwt street clutch kit with z pressure plate, tob ect.everything you use is a related 03-04-and the trans is butter smooth and responsive, not like an r154 which to me is pointless.also to anyone doing this, save your self the hassle ands use OEM NISSAN MANUAL TRANS FLUID!!!! This transmission asks for it nothing more nothing less take my word for it.

Ok well the cars done ands driving great. Here's pics of driving 2 hours to Connecticut to wiring specialties shop which was awesome and prepping the car for the drive home.everything works like factory and is just awesome.
Wowing specialties front entrance
Putting the bumper on ands looking overt things before the drive
Sleep JZ to the left
Buddy's stocker (for now) to the right at a quick run to lowes.
Little video of a quick cruise

that's awesome, do you have pics of the transmission adapter parts? i see on the flywheel/adapter end it looks very similar to mine. you didn't have to shave your bellhousing though eh? So your car makes no difference in noise when you clutch in? i know a lot of stock 350z guys have complained about the idle rattle on their cars too based on searching forums..
