Thanks Josh.

Shame the good progress came to a grinding halt last night.

My drivers side frame doesn't fit!

It's out by a mile on one side. Here's the photos I took.

What worries me is they could turn round and say well the frames are for an IS350, not an IS-F.

If so, it's going to take a good chunk of time getting someone to cut and re-position those to fit.

Waiting to hear from the company I bought everything from, but it's a bank holiday here in the UK, so they aren't working.

Hopefully I'll hear from them tomorrow.

Just annoyed I had the finish line in sight, and this happened!

Will update when I know more.

Here's a quick photo of both seats in place.

The drivers seat needs to come out again when the other bracket arrives, but it should be fine till then.

Not planning any long drives till then though.

Excuse the poor quality, was late last night in my garage, and lighting isn't so great!

Will get some more photos done soon though.

Also, looking forward to that gauge project you mentioned!

Thanks.

The new seat bracket I need to make my driver's seat fit properly is being brought over by a good friend of mine next week.

That will allow me to bolt it down with all 4 bolts, as opposed to the 3 I am using at the moment!

Gauges are all done and working well.

Only one that seems to be playing me up is the oil temperature gauge. Think I may have a faulty sensor, as it registers a value one minute, then dies and drops off to nothing?!

Going to ask my tuner if he can send me another sensor to try. Hoping that will get it working right.

I also contacted Cobra recently who did my seats to see if they would do me one other favour.

Pleased to say they are going to re-trim my central front armrest in the same diamond pattern with matching blue stitching. Should finish it off really nicely I think.

Got a big car show taking place here on Sunday. My car is the main attraction on one of the trade stands, so will snap a few photos to upload here for you guys to see.

Hoping to order the RR-Racing performance package soon.

Your car really came a long way!
Any plans to make the rear seats match the Cobras? Would be awesome!
The Weds suit the theme nicely, but due to their dark finish they look small in my opinion.

The armrest between the front seats is being re-done by Cobra to match the diamond stitch etc, should be a nice touch.

Not sure about the rear seats, may ask someone for a quote though!

Think the Weds look better in person. I don't find them small, but can see how you could think that with the dark finish on SGM.

Those seats look great. Just wish new seats weren't expensive lol. Back gets hot with the leather seats after driving for a while.

Indeed!

It's next on my list Josh, just worried about the header install.

Got no one over here that has any experience with fitting them, so cost will probably be way high!

Needs doing though for sure!

That's the HPS top radiator hose, which was cut to fit the Defi water temperature sensor.
