God, it’s been a while.
Someone commented on my most recent post about my CL forum of the car on my Instagram, and I was reminded to comment back on this.

Since you saw it last, I went to several shows, daily’d the car on UAS bags/BC coils, and absolutely loved it. Had a few web features too.

So, after about 6-7 months of the car like that, I decided to go big. I dropped the car off at Super Star Customs in ATL for its final form make over. Got a set of VSKF’s with 19” faces, built them to 19x11 -52 and 19x14 -76, and had a custom metal widebody built around them. Also in the downtime, I bought an s14 240sx and REALLY fell in love with the Toyota “Root Beer Brown” (Sunset Mica Bronze from Tundra/Venza).
So, I went with that color on the Lexus. I’ll attach pics during/after body/paint work.
Once the car was done, a lot of people liked it surprisingly. Most hated it. Gridlife South at Road Atlanta in 2017 was the first real event I took it to after the body work, and I got to meet Matt Farah for a One Take with it. It was honestly very fun, and he’s a cool dude (I got his personal cell number, which was pretty cool to get a text saying “I can’t wait to film your ridiculous car” ).
Anyway, since then, it’s basically just sat. I switched to K sport full air struts, took out the NRCA’s, and now it’s awaiting the interior treatment. But, drifting has taken over in priority. The car won’t go anywhere, even though I’ve debated selling it several times.
Plans:
Interior
2JZ-GTE with the auto A340E trans behind it with a top mount GT35xx or Borg Warner equivalent size turbo
Let me know what you guys think, sorry for the delay!

Additional info:
I guess this part was left out.
Last thing: I got to meet my idol and inspiration for doing a crazy LS build - Elvis Skender. My good buddy John wrote this article using my other buddies pics (Charles Hoehaver) for Stance Nation.
