Thanks! Yes, installation requires drilling 4 holes on the bottom of the black part of the center bumper, and one hole on each bottom end of the bumper.

Yeah, the holes won't be easily visible when the diffuser is removed. I figured the black part of the bumper can be easily replaced too, or can it?

Yes, that's what they are. I held them against the bumper and fit is perfect. I don't intend to use them so let me know if you're interested
