Thanks, I aimed for a blendable match (even though I didn't actually blend into adjacent panels). It is a shade lighter and not as yellow of a flop. My intention is to use the kit as my matching point when I respray the full car...
I added Soarer bubble side markers this week, along with late model tails and a roof spoiler. Will be installing a set of oem headlights this weekend as well- It came with ebay lights which look awful and have very poor light output. They are impossible to re-aim unless you're spotting owls in the trees at night. I also want to do something about the chrome pillars. they stand out a lot now.
Wash time!

Thanks! I really like working on this car because the previous owner was tempted to scrap the body. Even my friend who came along for the test drive told me not to buy it! It's just a diamond in the rough
I got rid of the ebay headlights a few days ago. The wiring was a hack-job twist and tape mess. Went to Lexus of Lansing in an attempt to get the crimp ends for the low beam and city light connectors, but no luck. My intention was to run a length of wire with new crimp pins making only one solder point (new connectors w/ flying leads would've been too short)... For the low beams, I just bought the connectors w/ leads and soldered in, luckily it was enough wire to work. The city lights still had the harness-side connector, but the power wire was cut off! The bulb-side connector was hacked off as well, and previous owner just shoved the bare wire into the harness and taped it up.
Anyway, after a short while of unraveling about 15ft of tape and some soldering- I have oem headlights again!
Light output vs ebay housings/h3 bulbs is SO MUCH BETTER! And they look 10x better. Last thing to do for lighting is install my fog lights I purchased. For those I need to do a little digging yet because I'm not getting power to the connectors. Wiring work is not my favorite thing to do- I'm super picky and it always ends up taking much longer than you'd expect lol.

It really does haha
I can't remember the full price, I bought them in the group buy so whatever that was.
I tossed them in the recycle bin. Nothing worth saving.

My GS is down in Florida now. So is most of my stuff. Spent about three weeks there and then came back to Michigan for the SC. I suspect the ecu is starting to have some issues lately, so before I drive all the way down with it I'll probably have it repaired.
As soon as I got up here I had to replace a low pressure power steering line. Also looks like I'm going to need a passenger front LCA soon... My only other complaint with the car is no a/c. I can live without it, but would definitely be nice to have for the trip down lol.
