Carbotech
So my timeline of brake changes attributed by squealing sounds were:
Oem Brembo Rotors + Pads: dusty plus squealed month or 2 80% pad left
Oem Brembo Rotors + TSB Pads: dusty plus squealed immediately
Powerstop Rotors + Powerstop Pads: no dust, squealed in 4 months 80% pad left
Now...... Powerstop Rotors + Carbotech CT1440-1521/CT1283-1521:
NOTE: The wear sensor notch is only on 2 of them! I made the mistake and put it on the same side and had to pull it back out.
Fitment was good, unlike the powerstops where I had to shave off some in order to fit, this fit like a glove!
Bedded it in per their web site instructions.
If it starts squealing at 80% pad left again starting to think some flaw in caliper or something else.
Next would be change out to aftermarket BBK at that point.

Emblem Replacement
Was initially going to remove my "LS460" but decided on the fsport badge instead to base it off the aimgain japan ls460.
Some progress start to finish. The gunk was not fun to remove.
This helped a lot.

Some Light Related Upgrades
Decided to upgrade my trunk light and headlights. Trunk made a big difference. The headlights for the price for a nice white isn't bad but a 50w 5500k morimoto on my other car is much brighter though.
Just to change lights
Ridiculous
Sorry for the blurry picture did my best while driving.

Thanks!
Brake pads seem fine for now. I am not fully convinced until more wear is happening to see if the squeal returns. If it does then definitely something with these oem brake components for sure and will change them all out for aftermarket at that point. Fingers crossed!

Been a minute with the car in the shop but came out great. I didn't put on the "Aimgain" decal for the fender yet so will be mocking that up soon.

Damn.......you got one Sick LS460......I like the modifications you made. You are going to make me go back to the drawing board on my LS460 F-Sport. I also use CarboTech brakes and I am very happy with their product....no more squeaking and less brake dust.

I put some 21in Niche Essen wheels on...and replace the stock mufflers with Borla XS mufflers. I am just getting started. I went from a 2007 GS450H to the LS460 F-Sport. My wife had twins, so we need more room.

Wheels are clean not too extreme and distracting to the lovely bodylines of the LS. Good choice!. Regarding the Borlas, I love mine but feel not quite loud enough for me so I will hack off the secondary cat soon but keep the resonators in place. Grats on your twins! Hope to see the progress of new things in the future then.

I usually get all my items from Sam from Central Pine. You can find him on Facebook to message or call directly for any quotes. As usual with overseas orders from Japan, expect months and months of waiting.
