James/Lawrence are some of the best in the business. They're definitely my go-to bodyshop for all things big/small.
Mind sharing where you're getting your upholstery done at? I'm looking to get some upholstery work done as soon as I wrap up my stereo upgrade.
Great to know! I'll rest assured it'll be in good hands there then since never had work done from them.
My tables, dash mat is done by @e60daddy he's around OC area. He can also get the center inserts of seats done and also random panels of car whether doors or what not.
How much did those run you..and what place did them if you dont mind me asking
I got them from Central Pine and it was about $3k which includes new set of tails so that I wouldnt have downtime. Took kinda long almost a year but well worth it.
hi. I recently purchased an early 460. I admire the stance of the car you have. how do you like the ride quality on the listed air ride suspension that you have? ride feel, ride management, functionality and reliability? any arguments about your current air ride suspension? thanks for your response!

The ride quality depends on how you set the dampening so it works just like coilovers settings from soft to hard. Ride management is using air lift performance and althought buggy from time to time for the most part hardly need to do much but hit my presets. Had the bags for quite a lot of years without issues. The Airrex is a big noisy popping sounds but it's apparently normal for the design. I'm sure another brand might be quieter. All in all I'd get bags again and again definitely reliable given it was installed from a qualified installer and done properly.
Sorry to bring this back up but what are your final thoughts on the brake pads? Any big difference between the stopping power of the 2 pads? Overall thoughts and were the Carbotech's really $1,000 pads!!

Wow it's been a minute since I posted here. Trying to remember because since then I swapped it back out again and currently using Power Stop brake pads. The stopping power of the Carbo's were good but dusty and still ended up noisy but performance wise was great. I don't recall it was $1,000 unless it costs that much now then not sure. Ones now are quiet and brakes good and not as much dust.
Not much changes since but I did do some exhaust mods.
Wanted it louder so I did the following:
Muffler Delete
OEM Resonator Delete (Replaced with shorter Vibrant resonators)
Secondary Cat Delete (Previously removed already from last exhaust work)
It has a low tone growl but when I get on the gas you hear some trumpeting rasp. If I go easy on the gas it's not too bad. Drone is definitely increased but I'm okay with that. Gets quieter past 3k. Lost some low end power and gained some on upper.
