Yeah thats the same one i just got. Also, just got my RRR tune back. Its been raining the last 2 days so i was spinning most of 1st and 2nd so couldn't really feel the difference in power yet but the 7200 rpm rev limiter is pretty sweet. Today it dried up a bit and i was able to do a few pulls and it is quicker for sure. i think i need to do more 4th gear pulls like RRR said in the manual but has been too much traffic around here. All i can say is that there is noticeably more torque starting from about 4500rpm to redline. i'm sure my ECU is still adjusting since after a few pulls the next one feels stronger. all else like drive-ability and shifts are similar to before. waiting for PPE headers next, a couple hundred miles and re-dyno session

^It might be worthwhile, especially since he has done so many. But if you venture out to my area, there is an installer by the name of Tommy @ MusicBox that does excellent work. I trust him more than I do the dealerships for the most part. He really does a thorough job and gives more than adequate feedback pre, during, and post installation. He's nowhere near as far as Dennis, but I can only recommend the guy who has installed practically everything on my car.

Myself, and about 5 other members got our headers installed at a shop in Pomona. I forgot the shop name right now, but he only charged us $500 and everyones car is still running.. The members are myself, Khoa, KZFlash, MBN Johnny, and some other people.

ETL Garage did mine as well. Great work....until they looked the wiring harness too close near the piping, causing a total burn and thus multiple CELs. I remember because Pat had the same issue when he had his headers installed. Getting them to work on the car a second time was hard, as scheduling conflicts got in the way with their other projects. For a little more, I should have gone to Tommy, but he corrected everything.

I'm one of the guys mentioned that got my headers installed by the shop. The shop's quote is one of the cheapest you'll find in the SoCal area. Their primary specialty is the Mr2 and mid engine cars, but they seem to know what they're doing. By the time I installed my headers with them they had already installed a few others, so they definitely have experience with our car's header install. I personally had no problems before or immediately after the install. They installed the headers with no leaks and the car was functioning perfectly.

Just know that when you enter the header territory you'll have a risk of encountering problems with the o2 or a/f sensors connected. You'll run this risk no matter which shop you go to as these sensors are pretty fragile and a code will pop even if some wires are over twisted. My car spat out p0159 and p2241 a few thousand miles after the install. I haven't had a chance to actually check if the wiring or sensor is bad, and can't tell you if it's the fault of the shop or if the sensors went bad as a result of just having headers, but just wanted to at least give you my point of view. My experience with the shop was decent and I saved some bucks with cheaper install. In the end they did a good job and my car didn't have any mechanical problems as a result. Others may have had different experiences.

Different guy, but yeah Tommy is great!. However, the shop in Pomona does have Tommy (Music Box), beat in terms of header install price. Tommy is great and I have him do all my routine maintenance. He gives pretty good attention to detail during his installs and his prices are fair.

That is true, install cost of $500 vs $800 I believe, is a lot of money for other mods :P
