Hello Club Lexus family I love following others build threads and I have wanted to share mine, but I wanted to wait till I had enough content to get started. Back in November I picked up my 08 LS 460 from the Local Lexus dealer here in Jacksonville and I traded in my IS 250 F Sport that I had for just over a year. I really loved my IS but it was too small and I wanted more room to stretch out. Plus nothing is sexier to me than a lowered big body on a nice set of wheels.
When I got her she had a little over 93k mi on her and all service was done at Lexus Dealers. I do believe she is a one owner car, I'm sure that the previous owner would be shocked to see what she looks like now.
Here is my old IS
Here is my LS when I picked her up from the Dealer.
I tried to keep her stock as long as I could but unfortunately like all of my other cars it was only a matter of time before I started to collect parts. It started with the typical led light bulb here. Then I plasti-dipped my grill to make the L stand out more then the parts started to roll in.
I photo shopped the final look that I was going for
I ordered some Vossen wheels
and i found a steal on some Tanabe Springs on ebay.
I have more pics of the install and the finished product I just have to get them uploaded.
I got my tires in the mail there is nothing better than coming home to packages on my door step.
Since I have a buddy that is a certified Toyota Tech I dropped my car off at his house so he could take it to the shop to install my springs. Here she is before I lowerd her.
He sent me pics of her on the lift and during the install.
You went to an older model car but I bet it feels a lot nicer :P

Yes I did go back to an older model but I have always wanted an LS460. The new models are out of my price range right now but they are slowly creeping down.
Looking good so far. Great pics! Is that the height it sits at or will it settle down more later?
Not it did settle down more I have more pics to post of its final height.

I would recommend that you black out the grill I was very happy with the final look of it. I was very skeptical of it when I was doing it. But I'm glad it turned out looking so good.
