Mingofish Atlanta RCF build

Sneak peak! Fender garnish & wing extension.
Haven’t unwrapped the rear diffuser yet.
I will say the carbon fiber work seems good, although the top gel coat looks very thin and looks to need additional clear coat sprayed before I can install.
One thing not so great is that the rear wing extension’s fiber weave direction is opposite of the oem cf wing 💩

sorry Josh..Rowen stuff is still wrapped up. Been looking for a new body shop to do some misc painting on my car plus clear the Rowen stuff. New shop I went to gave me astronomical price. Haven’t had the right time to go get more quotes. Too busy working so I can buy stuff from you man😉

Rowen stuff has been clear coated and await pick up.
Will install soon.
Going to Road Atlanta Friday so more content soon.

Ming,
awaiting the results of the installation! I want to do the same kit soon or at least pieces of it; I definitely want the trunk extension wing to accent the trunk spoiler and eventually the rear diffuser.
I won't go to the extent you, and others, have on the RCF but I know the first thing I want to tackle is the front wheel gap then measure for wheels. I have a few things to finish on my Audi cosmetically then I'll start on the RCF.
Will you be at next month's Caffeine & Octane meet? I won't make it to the Road Atlanta this Friday as I have to leave for work.
Keoni.

Well, Endless has ended...
Went to play at Road Atlanta last Friday. Did the tech inspection and front pads were about 1/4” left.
On way home, started to hear grinding noises. Got home and found my endless Mx pads down to the backer. Yuk.
Luickly I got home soon enough so no rotor damage.
These pads lasted me through all last year’s track sessions plus the two from this year so far. That’s 9 Track days and approx 8000 miles. Not sure if that’s good or bad.
Note the chunk missing in pic. Pads did wear in a tapered fashion even though our calipers have diminishing size pistons to mitigate that.
Ordered the new R compound endless pads. Will see how it goes.

Picked up Rowen stuff & installed today-trunk deck spoiler, fender garnishes, and rear diffuser.
Had the parts cleared with Sikken clear.
Powder coated the wire screens candy red to match my wheels & hood vent.
I will say the diffuser fitment was a tad off. Just couldn’t get it to flush tight to the body on the left and the right.
All the clips and screws went in without much fight so I know the alignment was correct. The piece just didn’t quite fit good imo. Sorta bummed about that.
Also, since the directions are in Japanese but didn’t bother to google translate.
I was a bit vague on whether I was suppose to drill holes through my car’s sheet metal to secure the trunk spoiler & the fender garnishes. The pieces each had one predrilled hole in the back and I had a bunch of screws I didn’t use.
I opt just to 3m tape for now. Hope they don’t fly off next time I go to the track...

I was expecting it in the box. Never saw an option to buy it separately?
I’ll have to ask josh to inquire.
But yours is a brake light right?
