Bought a set of OEM TPMS for the Volks. Got a tip from another member and maybe i can switch out both wheels anytime without worrying to program the TPMS each time. Crossing fingers.

Steam rollers initiated .

Hey, Mind elaborating on the trick for the TPMS? I also have an extra set of OEM TPMS i am using for my winters, would love to be able to use them without having to reprogram every time i switch sets...

Thanks in advance

Coated faces, inside barrels and caps (not pictured) with Cquartz DLUX and topped with wolfgang 3.0 sealant. Wanted to make sure inside lug holes and the entire wheel will be protected from the brake dust. Tires coated with Poorboy's rubber dressing.

This pictures shows the perfect sidewall heights. matches front and rear.

Have you tried the TPMS trick yet?
i wanted a second set for my track wheels but didn't want to deal with the programming.
If you can let me know how that works, I would much appreciate it.

Also, wondering what width fronts are you running?
Good job getting the sidewall ratio equal front to back.
I'm running 295/30 on the back and 255/30 on the front. But will prolly go to 305 next time. Just wondering how large a tire on the front without scrubbing.

Btw the build coming along very nicely.

I have not yet tried. the rc-f is stored away for winter. i'll take it out if the day is nice enough to drive but it's rare so i can't speak when i will try out the tpms or even put my wheels on the car. Ill def keep you updated on everything.

Im running 255/35/19. the continental is the widest 255/35 I've had and seen on a 9.5 wheel. the michelin PSS is more narrow. 255/35 right now is beefy enough to match the rear 305 as well but both side wall heights are .2 millimeters off from each other. 255/30 is a bit too skinny IMO and rougher ride. for steering feel, oem tire size is nice.

Thank you man, you too .

measured my bolts for the strut bar and custom bolts for my JDM ARC oil cap. All bolts are true titanium that are polished and burnt to my specific color i want. Just the attention to details in my cars that i like to do. expensive but worth it , in my opinion. took a bit over a month to finally reach here in the states. they are going to pop nicely with the chrome strut bar.

bought a few craftsman jacks, new torque wrench for wheels and suspension bits, new torque wrench in inch/lbs for smaller stuff like spark plugs and engine bits, magnetic stick with a light (comes in handy), and finally pulled the trigger on an electric impact wrench. I don't know why it took me so long to buy one of these things. It should make work so much easier. i enjoy working on my own car with manual tools all of my life but i will be wrenching on friend's cars as well and some of these cars have high mileage with rusty bolts. trying to save my joints from hurting

Putting some titanium bolts in my ARC oil cap. one of my favorite pieces over the years. again, putting some attention to details in the RC.

thanks man,

all custom bolts are through masterpiece automotive. had to find and source my own sizes. wasn't too hard taking pieces off and using a bolt length and pitch size chart. i have a bunch more coming for engine plastics.

i want that lexon rear cf diffuser like you now. so clean even with the stock body

Thanks for the info, I'll add them to my list of sources!
Yeah, the Lexon rear is really just the only one that meets the look that I want.
