Yes. Quality engineering indeed. Parts are extremely well made and aesthetically pleasing as well. Take a look at the CF parts:
I ceramic coated all the pipes, inter-cooler and the clamps in satin black.
Remove the passenger side brake duct
The inter-cooler has to be spaced out from the chassis so it does not hit anything. I went with a collection of nuts until I can find something better than that or washers.
Inter-cooler installed
The outlet piping from supercharger to inter-cooler done
Nice progress. You guys are so lucky to have access to cool shops to do stuff like ceramic coating. Places to get that sort of thing done in the U.K. are few and far between. Even if you do find someone that'll take on the work, costs can be pretty high. Supply and demand I guess!
Maybe RR-Racing can offer the ceramic coating as an optional extra? Be good if you could buy it ready done.

Keep it up though Op.
Not far off firing that bad boy up!
Actually, we include a silicone wrap tape, it doesn't chip and looks good. There are only two pipes that are visable. For the intercooler, we can paint them black, we just use a standard Eastwood black radiator paint, I suppose its better than regular paint as they claim it is specifically formulated for radiators/intercoolers.

Let's revisit the pipe install. Had to re-do it twice as the clearance is tight. The way I originally had it would interfere with the lights. Notice all the angles of the pipes:
Notice how the upper intercooler pipe is tucked behind the frame:
Very tight clearances:
Any place that I thought would rub, i stuck a small piece of slip tape. This is what skateboarders use to slide on pipes. The material is tough as nails and has a low coefficient of friction.
Installed the first BOV and CF pipe to the throttle body:
Also put the gauge modules in an enclosure to prevent water from getting in. Still have to close it off.
Very good work and kit looks of superb quality!!
Few questions. Are you going to permanently lose the passengers side brake air duct? And how about the fog lights?
I know Rafi had mentioned before that the fog lights will be sacrificed in the kit....No work around for it from what you can tell?
Thanks for taking the time to take pics and do a write up!!

Yes. The passenger brake duct will not be used. I did not have an issue with the fog lights. The LED one is a tiny bit shorter than the regular one (see pic below). I test fitted my bumper and it was fine. I think Rafi re-did the kit to make it fit. In some cases the housing will have to be trimmed.
