Hopefully by the weekend. I have track day on Saturday, so I have to spend the rest of the week on that car. I can actually start up the ISF today, but i plan to triple check everything first.

Filled the car with coolant.
Filled the supercharger and it's system with traction fluid. This is a very important process. Damage to the supercharger will happen if not lubricated properly. Follow the diagram below:

Fill the cooler with fluid before connecting the hoses.
Top off the reservoir.
I used a vacuum pump to pull the fluid through system. The connection point is shown above.

Light day today

Modified the stock grill to fit. RR Racing includes a plastic mesh grill that can be used. I wanted to use the stock grill. The problem is that the "L" behind the emblem protrudes and hits the intercooler pipe. I broke off the extension (there is a line around the protrusion. Use that as a guide) , sanded it down and it fit like a glove.

Good work and awesome thread, thanks for taking the time to shoot photos while going through the process. Sometimes you just want to get it done, lol.

Awesome can't wait to see how much time you pick up track vs your NA times. Also temps vs NA I've seen on the M3 Supercharged cars heat soak and pull timing. Keep us posted fellow track junky.

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 07:08 AM.
