So, now you've completed the install, what would you say are the top 3 most tricky or difficult steps with the install?
Can you also confirm what tools you used, and any specialist tools?

Any special tools are shown in the thread. Everything else is standard.
Adjusting the pipes so that everything fits. This took me two days.
Re-routing the trans cooler lines. Messy messy job.
Bumper fitment to get it perfectly lined up.
Raj admire your patience in doin this DYI to the community. Any issue with regards to alignment of your pulleys? Im done with my install,but had an issue with the alignment, i did the laser alignment on the crankshaft and the lower ribbed pulley only, cant access the top pulleys with the gates laser tool, i think the thermostat manifold blocking the laser alingment tool. Any inputs from the community before i teardown the supercharger again. Here some pics of the issue:

Leo. looks like it jumped one groove to the right. But if it jumped one groove on the top and bottom, then would it not be in the same position (alignment) as when you started?
Couple of questions: How many miles before it jumped? How hard have you accelerated? What RPM? Did your belt squeal at all?
I took the thermostat out when I did the alignment. So I was able to do both top and bottom. I would do that first before tear down. Also check the tension. I tightened the tensioner on to the bracket too much and it was sticking. I backed off half a turn and it is fine now.
My belt squeaks at start up, but goes away. I hope that it does not jump. Would suck to tear it down again.

Probably at 6500rpm.Today ill try to put back the belt on proper position but when i start it up it jumped again . During my install i have this gates dot laser alignment tool but i cant point it to blower pulley from the crankshaft coz the thermostat manifold is blocking the pathway of the laser even i take out the thermostat it self. The blower sounds perfect and no squells sound. Rafi suggested to put some washers on the X and Y blower bracket.
On positive side the power is there. Cant
complain.
Hopefully yours will be perfect, too much work if had to teardown it again.

So it jumped again at startup? Check all the bolts on the supercharger frame while you are at it. Also check the movement of the tensioner. Keep me posted
Went to change the oil and top off the trans fluid. Small problem. Could not get the oil filter housing off as it hits the supercharger bracket. So used a dremel to sand the fins down. No issues now.
