how did you know which lugs would fit on your car? I would like to order these lugs as well. They look awesome!

Nengun!...definitely a great company...if you are hardcore JDM, the Yahoo Japan Auctions is a great way to find super rare, super expensive parts for less...sometimes

Very nice build bro. You’ve done a lot of work. And the new wheels look sick! I just picked up the Indy 500s myself. I really like them so far. My only complaint would be they’re a bit on the loud side. I do lots of Highway and that’s where I notice it. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend them enough. Awesome tread pattern too. Sticky in the dry and pretty decent in the wet.
your car looks great. Red on gold looks good, very clean. I like the amount of drop, I like how you went bigger on the tires. It’s a good look and I bet it feels nice driving. ill definitely be going that route when I change my wheels. I did that long ago on an integra gsr. Lowered, stock blades and slightly meatier tires. Looked real good with the rubber filling the wells a bit more. Also the exhaust looks really good. Those are the cans I want.
Just so you know brother, I regard you as the “fitment god”. Hahaha. Every time I’ve seen someone ask a fitment question you’ve answered it. You definitely know your **** when it comes to wheels. That’s one thing I’m not so familiar with. So whenever I have wheel questions I’ll be coming to you!
cheers

Sasnuke - would you be willing to measure the gap between the inside/back face of your tires/wheels and suspension front and rear? I'm looking at either running a square 255/35/18 setup next year OR a staggered set with 255/35 up front and either 285/30 or preferably 295/30 rear; basically looking to cram as much tire under there as possible. If not I understand, I hate crawling under the car if I don't have to, which is why I bought the Lexus in the first place; low maintenance and all that.

Fitting a 255/35/18 up front is not a problem...a couple members have done it with an 18x9.5 +38 on the front. Any 18x9.5 will fit with an offset between +33 and +38 and a 255/35/18.
I did install my rear wheel (18x9.5 +38 with 265/30/18) on the front just to see how it fit and there was no issue on the inside. Between the rim and steering knuckle a could squeeze the tip of my index finger, so I'd say the gap is about 6mm or so.
Unfortunately I didn't drive around with it to see how outside clearance was, but I don't foresee it being an issue.
Keeping mind that I'm running Firestone Firehawks that are inherently narrower than most 265/30/18's.
A couple people have fit a 285 on the rear, but a 295 might be a little too big...haven't seen a 295 on the rear of an IS yet. If you aim for a 18x10 +45 you should be fine with a 285/30/18.
The only downside is that if you use 255/35/18 up front, that pretty much compels you to put the 295/30/18 in the rear, because a 285/30/18 is a smaller diameter tire than the 255/35/18.
And to get a 255 and 295 in the same brand tire limits you to three tires...General, Sumitomo, and Yokohama.

Unfortunately you're about 1.5 weeks too late...winter is coming and I put my snows on two Mondays ago. The summers are now sitting in overhead storage in the garage.

I'm RWD so although matching front-rear tire diameter is a personal preference, if a 285/30 rear or 265/35 square winds up being the answer, my speedo is only off ~1mph in either direction at 60mph anyways.
I also toyed with going up to 19's but I don't really want to right now, I have enough trouble dodging potholes as is with the 18's, and tires become (generally) more expensive as you upsize. I'm about to put my winter set on myself, it's been remarkably mild here so far and looks to be for weeks to come, so I'm holding off and finishing house projects instead.
Thanks again, love the car, hope you don't get upset when I get similar wheels (Iron man color scheme and all that).

Thanks for replying - a square 255/35r18 would be acceptable to me, it was actually my original intent, but then I started wondering "what if". And yes, I am aware of the very few offerings in matching 255 to 295 tires, I was looking at General, I like there stuff. I'm torn though, because the 295 rear will look better but the 255 square setup is more realistic considering I am not planning a power adder but I am planning an LSD install.

My set of Firestones (different size for the front) was notably less than the Michelins in equivalent sizes.
Since no one has attempted a 295 on the rear, it's hard to say if it would fit. I guess the first place to start would be to measure from the edge of the fender straight in until you hit something (inner fender or shock)...that will the gap that you will need to come in smaller than.
With the different sizes for front and rear, it's less important on the RWD, but I'm looking at the vehicle systems more so than the speedo. With a significant difference in front and rear the ABS/VSC/TRAC could react oddly.
Once it's close enough you're good.
My take on square setups is if you have square rims, stick with the same size tires all around...that way you can rotate them and maximize tire life.
If you're going with staggered rims, then go with staggered tires...seems to only make sense.
I never thought of it as an Ironman look lol...you're right though!
The is a member on here from Guam that has a red IS with Gold wheels...that's some legit Ironman.
Bronze wheels can pretty much go with anything, but not too many wheels are available with a factory bronze finish. And even with bronze finishes there is so much variation. Brushed, light, matte, satin, etc...the list goes on.
