Default SC430, Conti SureContact UP tire

I just bought a set of Conti SureContact Ultimate Performance All Season Tires from NTB. The ride is very stiff. Any ideas how to soften the ride? Door numbers call for 33#. I just lowered air pressure to 30# but it made no difference. The tires are still within the 30 day grace period so I can return them but I'd prefer to keep them if I can find way to soften ride. Also, if I do return them any advice on which tires to exchange for?
Thanks very much for your help and advice.

If the car is lowered, and the sidewalls on the tires are less than or equal to 40 or 50 (ie. 235/45/18)... you're probably just going to have to deal with the ride.

if the sidewalls are small, the tires will be stiffer.... so you'd have to soften up the suspension. You might be able to get away with lowering the valving if you have adjustable coilovers, but then the springs might become untamed and the result would be bounciness.

TLDR;
either buy tires with a larger sidewall (50-60 or above), soften up your suspension with softer shocks / springs, or deal with the stiff ride (but better handling)

Good Luck!
