Are you swapping your headlights out for another OEM set or aftermarket? The Vland headlights are pretty popular though I hear many owners having issues with condensation within the headlights.

C, yes! Time to go big or go home! Looking for deal on an OSG as I should soon have my hands on a used diff which I might toss in there long enough to install the LSD in my OEM diff.
Car is finally getting useful upgrades and today had acorn dents removed from the roof (3 from traffic jams under Oak trees) and one random dent the car came with. All for $150.... you can't find a trace of them now!
Hopefully there are no consequences from this like being struck by a comet or worse!
Red - just replacing with factory replacement TYC headlights with AFS. I'm not a fan of most aftermarket headlights...though I could go for a demon eye mod.
Done... now for some nighttime adjustments. Thankfully yoda plastic has a hole for this....

So this arrived! Nearly got in a head on while en-route to pick it up when ricer (being chased by a silver IS) screwed up his drift and looped it into the curb...
Even after seeking a local car I ended up with this rusty ugly thing. That said this will add some labor as I swap it in while mine gets the LSD installed. Donor was a 2011 350 w/ 87k mi. Piled in the front and down the side.
Mind you I have been scanning for 12/13 w less miles but no luck! And ya, they left it full of oil and NO PLUGS! Sigh....

Ya, that be Fugly. Not to worried about the innards though. I just can't believe they transported it full of oil with no plugs installed. I went to look at the tag and see if the dates matched the 86k 2011 build and made a mess. Glad I threw it in a bag for transport in the back of the 350.
Update: OSG TY391-HC TCD is on order as are the urethane bushings to hang it and eliminate wheel hop! Looks like it has to be built in Japan so it's 6 weeks out!
The plan has two paths:
A) pull my 327 diff, pull the carrier and ring gear, transfer ring and new TCD to case, bolt ring to TCD in the case, assemble and check clearances. If all goes well, install in car. Turn time, maybe 24hours.
B) If plan A fails, install back up diff and sort out the details like, grinding the case or ordering shims so the clearances are correct.
It's definitely going to be a long wait for you since you've been going back and forth for several months (or maybe years) on biting the bullet and getting this major upgrade done to your IS350. Not sure if you have canyon roads in Oregon but if you do, this mod will be worth every penny.
Soon you'll be able to do two-wheel burnouts whenever it's time to swap out old tires for new ones.
There are some great roads here. Historically used to feather the chicken strip on the sport bike!
Sadly it's about to snow and ice here, so them tires need swapped now as Pegleg drive has endangered tread depth on the rear! But I like how you think! haha
