Thanks estSC!
As far as I know my ECU is completely stock and as are my turbos, etc. However, with the FMIC and full 3" turbo-back I'm making 14-15psi (peak and hold) boost up here at 5280' according to my boost gauge.

Quick Cressida update -
This thing is nearly ready to start! Right now I've got power to the ECU, it cranks, and I'm only missing power to the fuel pump and dual e-fans. I'd like to get it running in the next few weeks! The weather here sucks currently and I typically hate pulling the other cars out of the garage for this thing haha. I need to dial in the throttle cable, get the heater hoses run, and finally, get the sidepipes hooked up to the headers.
This has been a super fun and somewhat challenging project thus far! It all fits relatively well and I think it'll be a super comfy-fun cruiser with the auto in it. The nicest part about this car is that besides how obscure it is, everything is easily reached/accessible (minus a few oddball things that aren't service parts) so it should be an easy car to maintain with readily available parts for the 1uz. I only have a couple grand in it - you can't beat that!
Hope you guys enjoy! I'll update again in a few weeks with more progress hopefully!

Bill - it makes me happy to see people get a kick out of this thing. It sat in a front yard for 20 years before being rescued. Glad to give this thing a new life on a budget! If you ever find your way out here you'll have an SC and a Cressida to drive!

Rudy,
I will definitely take you up on your offer. Cressida's really get my attention, I was in the car business for a short period of time a long time ago and the first car I sold was a new Cressida and the second was a new Supra. That was the only job I failed at but it taught me a lot and was able to go forward from there successfully. Let us know when you get it finished, we are all cheering for you.

Bill - you're always welcome, sir! If you ever find your way to Denver shoot me a PM. I love that story about it being the first car you ever sold. I owned an '85 previously - wicked cool car, ended up swapping an N/A 2JZGE with a 5-speed into it. Long story short, it was a trade to get into my SC. I love my SC, but I think I miss that Cressida more...
Silent - you know it man!! I'll be sure to get a good burnie on video at some point. Gotta burn those ****ty old Kumhos off! haha.

Thanks Craig! It makes me happy to hear that you guys enjoy this thing. The only spot with questionable fitment is how tight the cylinder head sits near the steering box on the driver side. If I were to convert this thing to a steering rack, I could probably move the ending back 6" and things would look damn near factory! I can't wait to get this thing on the road!

Hey Rudy did you or your family, house, cars etc. get hit with any parts from that United flight that had the starboard engine burn up? Hope all is OK and as always have a great day.

Hey Bill! You're sweet for thinking of us. Thankfully, we did not get any debris from the engine coming apart. I'm sure glad everyone on that flight was ok!!

Well ladies and gentlemen - the Cressida 1UZ swap... RUNS! We got it fired right up on Saturday after a little wiring mishap haha. I've got a few things to do before driving it - I need to wire up the alternator, wire in the fans, and get the throttle cable hooked up. Feelin good around these parts!
